So excited to debut these images as this was my last beach wedding the year and last wedding in Florida (for now). K + N’s wedding day was gorgeous along the beaches of Okaloosa Island. All week long I was watching the weather making sure the nasty rain stayed away and it did! Looks like all my positive thinking paid off until the end of the night when the rain surprised everyone dancing on the dance floor. haha! That didn’t stop anyone from dancing the night away… in the rain! Oh it was such a great time I will never forget your wedding – thank you so much for choosing me to photograph your special day!
Hope everyone enjoys these photos as much as I did taking them. There is a Trash the dress session still to come from this couple as well and it’s definitely HOT and not to be missed!!!

This Welcome dinner cruise was amazing! Not only did we get to see some dolphins along the sunset of the Destin harbor but we got to meet the wedding party and guests in a relaxed atmosphere aboard the Miss Florida Glass Bottom Boat. The food was incredible, provided by chef Heyward McKenzie . His fresh crab cakes were a little taste of paradise, Mmm. The sunset was gorgeous and the live music was fabulous. Such a relaxing atmosphere the night before a wedding. Anyone looking into this option in the Destin area totally needs to do this because it’s something you will never forget.
Special thanks to K + N for letting me photograph this special event. I hope you are able to look at these photographs and keep the memories alive. It was such a gorgeous night along the Destin Harbor and jetties.
More to come from this weekend’s festivities…. stay tuned

I am so excited for this next blog posting. TTD a.k.a “Trash The Dress” is one of my favorite sessions to photograph. It provides the bride and groom with not only a day after session but a relaxing and intimate wedding photography experience. All the guests, all the stress, all hustle – GONE. It’s just the bride, groom and me (the photographer). Not only are Trash The Dress Sessions romantic they are a lot of fun and one session definitely not to skip out on. I did the TTD photography session as well when I was married in 2007 and my husband and I agree it was one of our favorite parts of our whole wedding event.
For this Trash The Dress photo session we decided to hit up down town Philadelphia around Fairmount Park and the Arts Museum. Our last stop was the Swann Memorial Fountain which is a location that had a sentimental value to the bride and groom; one of their first dates.
