Where to begin on this dream wedding? It was so hard narrowing down all the photos to show just some of the many highlights to these two shared on their very special day. It was in Valparaiso, Florida at the beautiful Compass Rose over looking Tom’s Bayou. Such a romantic setting for a wedding. Gosh I am so blessed with the best clients anyone could ever ask for! It still amazes me that I get to take part in one of the biggest days in people’s lives and for that I’m grateful. It’s just so beautiful and touching.I hope these portraits take you back to that sunny, calm tropical day

Can you believe that one of their friends found this piece of wood especially for the wedding and hand carved it with their initials and date? The details that Samantha put together with her friend deserve a posting all on their own.  You are so creative Samantha, my camera loved it :0)

This has to be one of the most touching moments when Samantha candidly asked Richard’s son to come over so she could say a few sweet words to him. Oh yes I was crying and so was everyone else

This newlywed couple had such a beautiful and colorful wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico. With the ocean waves crashing and the salty mist in the breeze these two exchanged their vows at the El Dorado Royale. It was such a dream to photograph this destination wedding. Leaving behind the cooler weather in exchange for tropic flowers and a wedding that was beyond fun was an easy trade. There was also a gorgeous sunset during cocktail hour while a donkey and marachi band made an appearance. Such a fun wedding that we will never forget.

I can’t even begin to explain how excited I was for this wedding! It was not only the most romantic weekend of the year already falling on Valentines but a chance to shoot in one of the most beautiful Canadian cities, Saskatoon Saskatachewan on the riverfront. Whitney inquired on my destination wedding photography services back when I was just getting into wedding photography. In fact she was my first official booking She was a wonderful first indeed! This bride was not only beautiful on the outside but a sweet, caring, lovable woman on the inside too. And such a dream to photograph!

Also while in Saskatoon, Canada I met up with photographers Whitney and Dylan of EnVogue Photography. This duo by far are on my top 10 list of amazing photographers. So it was another dream to shoot with Whitney and I can’t wait to do it again. In the end I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day even though it was a bit chilly -14 °C

Thanks Whitney and Mike for a wonderful trip home and also the chance to shoot a once in a lifetime wedding. Congratulations and many years to come of happiness and laughter!
